Business Division Micro Motor

Founder Motor has been deeply engaged in the micro-motor sector, with a comprehensive product portfolio covering AC, DC, and BLDC series. These products are widely applied in scenarios such as household sewing machines, power tools, vacuum cleaners, automotive seats, and sunroofs. The company's market presence spans across China and extends to Europe, the Americas, and Southeast Asia. In the sewing machine motor segment, the company commands a remarkable 85% global market share, ranking first worldwide in production volume. Its core clients include international industry leaders such as Aisin, Brother, Juki, and Nissei. Furthermore, the company has established a stable supply chain capability in the vacuum cleaner and power tool sectors, serving renowned domestic and international brands like TTI, Black+Decker, Midea, and Positec, with its products reaching global markets alongside the complete machines.

In the automotive micro-motor sector, the annual sales of seat and sunroof motors have surpassed 75 million units. Domestic OEM clients include mainstream automakers such as SAIC Volkswagen, BYD, NIO, Huawei-backed automakers, and Xiaomi. Overseas, the company supplies directly to premium brands like Mercedes-Benz and BMW, with annual export volumes growing year on year. Leveraging its scale advantages, mass production stability, and global client network, the company has firmly established its industry-leading position in this field.

Business Division Commercial Vehicle

Shanghai High Energy Auto Electronic Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of FDM, is recognized as a "National High-Tech Enterprise" and a "Small Giant Enterprise" of innovation. As a leading domestic supplier of electronic control products for engines and new energy systems, its products cover a wide range of fields including diesel engines, natural gas engines, methanol engines, ammonia engines, hydrogen engines, unmanned aerial vehicle engines, outboard engines, and new energy applications.

Business Division Electronics

Led by Shenzhen Gold Corolla Electronics Co., Ltd., this division specializes in three core fields: motor drive control, lithium battery management, and intelligent controllers. Its products are widely utilized in home appliances, automotive electronics, power tools, garden tools, and medical equipment, with an annual capacity of 42 million units. With manufacturing bases in Shenzhen, Zhejiang, and Vietnam, it has established a comprehensive laboratory system for reliability and performance verification. It holds hundreds of national patents and is certified under international standards such as ISO9001, IATF16949, and ISO14001. Business Division Electric Drive

Founder Motor ranks among the TOP 3 in the NEV drive motor industry. Our core technical team possesses extensive experience in the R&D and manufacturing of automotive drive, motor, and electronic control systems. By combining high academic qualifications with deep industry experience, we ensure our R&D capabilities remain at the forefront of the global industry. We have established robust partnerships with major domestic NEV OEMs, including NIO, XPeng,Li Auto, Volkswagen, SAIC-GM, Leapmotor, SAIC Group,  Geely, Chery, SAIC-GM-Wuling, BAIC, and HYCET. We are also expanding into emerging sectors such as robotic joints, low-altitude aircraft propulsion, and electric motorcycles.

To meet the market demands of the artificial intelligence industry, particularly in humanoid robots, Founder Motor established a holding subsidiary, "Zhejiang Founder Robotic Joint Technology Co., Ltd." in 2023. The subsidiary specializes in the development and market promotion of frameless motors, controllers, and various robotic joint modules. In 2024, the company completed the prototype development of frameless motors, controllers, joints, and full-arm series products,and achieved full mass production in 2025, so that Founder Motor has established collaborations with multiple leading enterprises in humanoid robot industry, the new product generation will empower this sector with booming and flourish developments!

With the continuous rise and development of the electrification of two-wheelers and three-wheelers in the global market, Founder Motor established a holding subsidiary, Huzhou Fangyu Power Technology Co., Ltd., in 2025, dedicated to the development and market promotion of powertrain systems for electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers. In 2026, the company completed the development of powertrain systems tailored for electric motorcycles and electric tricycles for the Southeast Asian market, and built cooperative relationships with several world-leading motorcycle manufacturers. Its business covers North America, Europe, and Southeast Asian countries including Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Bangladesh and the Philippines.
