R & D and Manufacturing
The R & D team consists of high competent engineers, more than 50% of them own master degrees or above.
Following the prodcut development process of V-Model standard, FDM built up comprehensive R & D capabilities covering Design simulation, prototyping and teting & verification.
FDM is equipped with professional laboratories and prototype center, which can support R & D with complete functional testing, durability testing and environmental testing. For NEV E-drive system, over 95% of the experimental verifications can be independently completed in house within the company.

FDM established manufacturing experiences for automotive industry since 2006 following quality management system according to IATF16949, ISO9001/14001 and ISO45001.
Advanced automatic stator production lines, rotor lines, and semi-automatic assembly lines cover the products platform with stator outer diameters ranging from 154mm, 160mm, 180mm, 205mm, 220mm, to 235mm, and the peak power can cover demand from 20kW to 200kW.
Driven by digitalization and intelligentization, FDM continuously build up digital systems through new technologies such as cloud computing, big data handling, digital twins, and AR intelligent predictive maintenance etc.
