On June 17, Dr. Niu Mingkui, Chairman of the Company, delivered a lecture to students of the “Founder Motor Order‑oriented Class” at Huzhou Technician College.

During the class, Dr. Niu introduced the company’s evolution since its founding in 1995, shared inspiring stories of successive generations of Founder staff striving for progress, and analyzed the future prospects of the new‑energy vehicle industry. When talking about motor structures and processes, Dr. Niu showed profound professional knowledge. He gave detailed explanations to the students on how the 350 V water‑cooled motor and 800 V high‑voltage oil‑cooled motor are constructed and their respective characteristics, as well as the reasons for error‑free Busbar welding in hairpin motors. Regarding students’ questions covering the ultimate trend of the motor industry, range anxiety of new‑energy vehicles, and the research, development and application of in‑wheel motors, Dr. Niu provided professional answers from perspectives including characteristics of human social development and the pace of scientific and technological innovation.

Finally, Dr. Niu reviewed the remarkable journey of the Deqing Base, which achieved completion and commissioning within less than 200 days after contract signing. He encouraged students to study hard and master professional skills, devote diligence and efforts through production internships and classroom training, reap hopes and achievements, and write a brilliant new chapter for their first stage after graduation.

In addition, Yao Weiwei, EHS Manager of the Human Resources & Administration Department, and Wu Huiping, Supervisor of the Quality Department, gave further training sessions focusing on production safety awareness, quality awareness and risk awareness. This has laid a more solid foundation for students of the order‑oriented class to integrate learning with production and truly implement industry‑education integration.
