In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, we hereby conduct an environmental public notice to solicit public opinions. Project Location: Plot east of Fazhan Avenue and south of Fenghuang Road, Shacun Block, Chengbei High‑tech Park, Huzhou Moganshan High‑tech Zone (within the existing factory premises)

Project Content: The enterprise intends to utilize idle areas in Workshop No.1 and idle land within the factory site to construct new production workshops. Equipment including stator and rotor production lines will be procured for implementing the project with an annual capacity of 2.2 million sets of new‑energy intelligent drive systems. The total project investment amounts to RMB 1,696.76 million, and the expected sales revenue upon full operation will reach RMB 580 million.
