On January 19, 2024, Founder Motor successfully held its 2023 Annual Summary & Comprehensive Commendation Conference themed “Stay True to Our Original Aspiration, Create the Future Together” at Baoting Hotel in Lishui. More than 300 participants attended the grand event, including Mr. Zhang Min, Founder of the Company; Dr. Niu Mingkui, Chairman and General Manager of Founder Motor; Mr. Mou Jian, Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Board of Directors; Mr. Zhang Chi, General Manager of the Micro‑motor Drive Division; as well as management teams, staff representatives from the New‑energy Drive Division and Micro‑motor Drive Division of Founder Motor, and business partners.

During the conference, Dr. Niu Mingkui, Chairman of Founder Motor, delivered a multi‑faceted summary and analysis covering the company’s operating performance in 2023, new‑energy vehicle market development, improvement of R&D capabilities, construction of manufacturing bases, and achievements in internal corporate governance. He extended sincere gratitude to all Founder Motor employees for their hard‑work and contributions to corporate development, as well as to all partners for their consistent and firm support. Dr. Niu Mingkui also elaborated on Founder Motor’s development plans for 2024, pointing out the direction for the Group’s future growth.

Mr. Zhang Chi, General Manager of the Micro‑motor Drive Division, summarized and analyzed the division’s work in 2023, and formulated and deployed work plans for 2024, filling all present employees with confidence in the company’s development.

Recognize Advanced Individuals, Honor Outstanding Achievements

“Positions are granted by competence, and rewards are awarded for merits.” Founder Motor attaches great importance to talent development, encourages striving for excellence, and advocates the power of role models. At this annual meeting, 19 outstanding employees and 6 outstanding projects selected by the New‑energy Drive Division and Micro‑motor Drive Division of Founder Motor were commended and rewarded. All award‑winning employees wore honorary sashes, held certificates of merit, and received recognition and awards from the company’s management.

Bid Farewell to the Old and Welcome the New, Enjoy the Grand Banquet

During the dinner, wonderful performances were presented by various departments. Lively singing‑and‑dance shows with ancient‑style elements and fantastic magic acts drew continuous cheers from the audience. The performance of *My Motherland and Me* delivered by the management team of the Micro‑motor Drive Division and *Tomorrow Will Be Better* sung by the management team of the New‑energy Drive Division further ignited the enthusiasm of all attendees. Generous prizes, successive rounds of red envelope giveaways and cheers from the audience pushed the gala atmosphere to a climax.
