Spring breeze caresses the face and plants exude fragrance, making it a perfect season for spring‑outing team‑building to strengthen team cohesion. On a weekend morning, more than 70 members of our team stepped away from busy work and immersed themselves in nature. They advanced side by side amid cheerful laughter, building connections while unwinding, and creating warm and inspiring team memories together.

Our first stop was the picturesque Lanhu Resort. Everyone rode a small train slowly through tea plantations and woodlands, enjoying spring scenery while chatting and laughing in great comfort and relaxation. At that moment, work‑related fatigue seemed to be blown away by the spring breeze.

In the afternoon, we explored the Underground Long River, known as “a peerless wonder under heaven”. We sailed into the cave by boat, where spectacular stalactites took on dream‑like appearances under colourful lights. The cave was damp and dim, requiring careful steps at every turn. Reminders such as “Slow down, it’s slippery here” and “Duck your head, watch out for the rocks” echoed along the way. There were no hierarchical boundaries, only the warmth of moving forward side‑by‑side. This mutual care proved more memorable than the coolness inside the cave.

As night fell, tables were filled with local Lanxi specialties. People dined and chatted, and laughter filled the dining hall. Fun games were organised to liven up the atmosphere, including the tomato‑snatching race, cooperative ball‑catching, and the amusing “duck‑herding” game. Every round brought peals of laughter. Colleagues who normally focus on technical work cast off their tiredness and showed their lively, humorous sides. Small mishaps and friendly jokes turned mere co‑workers into friends, even family.

Short‑term rest paves the way for a better journey ahead.

From Lanhu Resort and the Underground Long River to Youbu Ancient Town, and then back to front‑line positions including winding, assembly, quality inspection, R&D and sales, we brought back not only joy, but also mutual trust and tacit understanding. May the warmth of our team power every motor and drive our shared future.
