In the midsummer of July, the New Energy Electric Drive Division of Founder Motor welcomed this year’s campus‑recruited graduates. Young talents from all over the country gathered at Founder Motor’s headquarters in Lishui to attend the 2023 Founder Motor “Youth in Full Bloom” Onboarding Training Camp.

Dr. Niu Mingkui, Chairman of the Company, attached great importance to this event. At the camp opening ceremony, he shared the company’s development history since its establishment, recounted inspiring stories of successive generations of Founder staff striving for progress, and analyzed the future prospects of the new‑energy vehicle industry. Afterwards, colleagues from the Human Resources Department delivered the first lesson on *Transition from Campus to Workplace*. During the “Talk with Leaders” session, the company’s management team held face‑to‑face exchanges with the new graduates. Three senior executives shared their personal career journeys and work insights, followed by interactive Q&A sessions. Through this activity, participants gained deeper understanding of workplace values and personal career planning. Inspired by the leaders’ experiences, they also set professional benchmarks for their own future development.

Rotational Internship on Production Lines: True Knowledge Comes from Practice

Within this onboarding training camp, a two‑week rotational production‑line internship was specially arranged. Through hands‑on operations at production‑line positions, participants learned about product processing techniques and workflows, and experienced realities different from theoretical knowledge learned at school. “It is indescribably wonderful when knowledge I have learned gets verified on site during the line internship,” said several participants. Such valuable experience will surely provide every participant with unique perspectives for future work and improve cross‑departmental communication and collaboration efficiency.

Process & Quality Training to Enhance Professional Competence

During the production‑line internship, comprehensive process and quality courses were delivered by senior instructors. At the closing ceremony of the onboarding training camp, participants delivered group presentations, presenting remarkable outcomes from the two‑week internship. Their insights covering products, processes, equipment and quality‑management concepts brought pleasant surprises to the audience. In the final award‑giving session, invited guest judges presented certificates of honor, completion certificates and exquisite gifts to participants.
