On the afternoon of April 7, 2017, representatives of Founder Vietnam attended the annual supplier conference of its affiliate BISG upon invitation.

The conference venue was packed with over 100 representatives from various suppliers. Attendees listened to concise speeches delivered by Mr. Aoyama, General Manager of BISG, Mr. Morinaga, Director of the Production Innovation Department, and Mr. Miwa, Director of the Procurement Management Department. They summarized and reviewed BISG’s business performance in 2016 and outlined the targets for 2017. They also expressed gratitude to all suppliers for their strong support and hoped for continued collaboration with BISG.

An award‑giving session was held to recognize outstanding suppliers with remarkable performance in the 2016 assessment. The audience fell silent with anticipation. During the ceremony, warm applause broke out as the host announced that Founder was the winner of the Grand Contribution Award. This marked the first time Founder Vietnam had received an award from its affiliate company since its establishment.

Winning the Grand Contribution Award is BISG’s recognition of Founder Vietnam’s efforts in quality improvement and rationalization initiatives over the past year. This achievement is attributable to the hard work of all staff at Founder Vietnam, and it also sets higher and stricter requirements for its work objectives in 2017.
