The year 2016 was an extraordinary year for the Automotive Seat Motor Division of our company. From workshop layout and improved automation of production equipment to growing production orders, everything reflected the accurate market insight and sound guidance of the company’s senior management. Meanwhile, it demonstrated the rapid progress in our manufacturing capability and product design for automotive seat motors, which has earned recognition and trust from customers.

Starting from July 2016, driven by the sharp output growth of automotive seat motors, certain suppliers encountered equipment and manpower constraints that disrupted our normal production and finished‑goods delivery. Coupled with inconsistent material quality, supply difficulties became even more severe, among which XX Electrical was the most severely‑affected supplier.

As the year‑end was approaching, it was impossible for suppliers to recruit and train new staff in time. To boost supplier capacity and guarantee on‑time product delivery, the production and procurement departments for automotive seat motors put forward a support request. Coordinated by General Manager Cai and the Procurement Management Department, the Drive Motor Division volunteered to take on the task. A support team was formed via voluntary application, and the personnel list was finalized within less than one day.

On Sunday, December 18, 2016, ten employees from Founder Motor set off to provide support at supplier XX Electrical under the instructions of Director Liu of the Drive Motor Division. At the supplier site, our staff followed arrangements and complied with corporate rules and regulations. After more than 50 days of hard work, they completed approximately 100,000 sets of assigned products (Q9 brush holder). They faithfully carried out the company’s directives, ensured the production and delivery of seat motors, and satisfied customer requirements.
