On September 23, 2017, the 2020‑2025 Strategic Plan and 2017 Management Meeting of Zhejiang Founder Motor Co., Ltd., themed “Manufacturing‑Innovation‑Leadership”, was successfully held in Lishui.

A total of 164 participants including middle‑level and above management staff, core technical personnel, technical consultants, outstanding employee representatives from all production bases and Lishui Headquarters, as well as selected supplier representatives gathered in Lishui for this inspiring conference. This milestone event defined the company’s future strategies and objectives amid Founder Motor’s transformation and upgrade journey.

From a new starting point, the meeting laid out a new organizational framework for future growth. Led by Mr. Zhang Min, Chairman and CEO, all Founder staff will strive to achieve the transition from manufacturing to innovation, lead future industry trends, and commit to building a Chinese‑equivalent “Bosch”.
